Terms and conditions for using the platform and services

Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms (주)씨지웹(hereinafter referred to as "Company") operates NADOALJA 서비스 (hereinafter referred to as "Services"), and the purpose is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in using the Services.

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Services"means NADOALJA 서비스 and all related services provided by the Company.

② "User"means members and non-members who receive services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.

③ "Member"means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and can continuously receive information from the Company and use the Services.

④ "ID"means the email address determined by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.

⑤ "Password"means a combination of characters or numbers set by the member to confirm that they are a member matching the assigned ID and for confidentiality protection.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

① These Terms shall take effect by posting them on the service screen or notifying users by other means.

② The Company may change these Terms if deemed necessary, and the changed Terms shall take effect by notifying in the same manner as in Paragraph 1.

③ Users have the right not to agree to the changed Terms, and if they do not agree, they may stop using the Services and withdraw their membership.

Chapter 2. Service Use Agreement

Article 4 (Establishment of Use Agreement)

Application for Use

Users apply for use by entering personal information in the membership registration form and clicking the "Agree" button.

Approval of Use

The use agreement is established when the Company approves the applicant's request for service use.

Article 5 (Approval of Application for Use)

The Company may not approve applications for use that fall under any of the following:

  • Using a name that is not a real name or using another person's name
  • Entering false information or not entering the information required by the Company
  • Minors who have not obtained consent from their legal representatives
  • Applications that cannot be approved due to the user's fault or that violate all other prescribed matters

Article 6 (Changes to Member Information)

Members can view and modify their personal information at any time through the personal information management screen. Members must notify the Company of any changes to the information entered at the time of application, either online or by email or other means.

Article 8 (Service Hours)

① Principle: Services are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.

② Exceptions: However, the Company may set different service hours depending on the type or nature of the service, and may temporarily suspend the service for reasons such as regular system maintenance, expansion, and replacement.

Article 9 (Changes and Suspension of Services)

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the services being provided according to operational and technical needs.

If there are changes to the content, usage method, or usage hours of the service, the reasons for the change, the content of the changed service, and the provision date shall be posted on the service notice screen at least 7 days before the change.

Chapter 4. Obligations of the Parties

Article 10 (Obligations of the Company)

Article 11 (Obligations of Users)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

  • • Stealing other people's information
  • • Infringing on the Company's copyrights or intellectual property rights
  • • Damaging the Company's reputation or interfering with business
  • • Transmitting obscene or violent content
  • • Distributing computer viruses, etc.
  • • Sending spam emails
  • • Using illegal programs
  • • Attempting to hack the system
  • • Other illegal or unfair acts

Chapter 5. Fees and Payment

Article 13 (Refunds)

Refund Policy:

  • • Before using paid services: Full refund within 7 days of payment date
  • • After using paid services: Refund excluding the amount corresponding to the used period
  • • Service failure due to Company's fault: Full refund
  • • Application of withdrawal and refund regulations according to relevant laws

Chapter 6. Contract Termination and Usage Restrictions

Article 14 (Contract Termination)

Member's Termination

Members may terminate the use agreement at any time by withdrawing their membership. Upon withdrawal, member information will be stored for a certain period in accordance with relevant laws and then destroyed.

Company's Termination

The Company may terminate the contract after prior notice if the member violates the Terms. In case of serious violation, immediate termination is possible.

Article 15 (Usage Restrictions)

Usage Restriction Stages:

  1. 1st Warning: Written or email warning
  2. 2nd Warning: 7-day service suspension
  3. 3rd Warning: 30-day service suspension
  4. Permanent Suspension: Immediate permanent suspension for serious violations

Chapter 7. Compensation for Damages and Exemption

Article 16 (Compensation for Damages)

① The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred to users in connection with the use of services provided free of charge.

② In the case of paid services, the Company shall be liable only for damages caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, and the scope of damages shall be limited to ordinary damages.

Article 17 (Exemptions)

The Company shall not be liable in the following cases:

  • • • Force majeure such as natural disasters or equivalent
  • • • Damages due to user's intentional or negligent acts
  • • • Problems due to user's computer environment
  • • • Illegal service interference by third parties
  • • • Omission, deletion, or destruction of transmitted data
  • • • Failure to generate expected revenue from service use
  • • • Disputes between users or with third parties
  • • • Damages related to use of free services

Chapter 8. Miscellaneous

Article 18 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Company's Rights

Copyrights and intellectual property rights for the Services belong to the Company. Users may not use information obtained through the Services by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without the Company's prior consent.

User's Rights

Copyright of content posted by users within the service belongs to the respective users. However, the Company has the right to use user content for service operation, promotion, and service improvement.

Article 19 (Personal Information Protection)

The Company complies with relevant laws such as the 「Personal Information Protection Act」 and 「Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection」 to protect users' personal information, and does its best to protect users' personal information through the Privacy Policy.

Article 20 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

① These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

② In the event of a lawsuit arising from the use of the Services, it shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

Addendum

Article 1 (Effective Date)

These Terms shall be effective from August 1, 2025.

Article 2 (Transitional Provisions)

These Terms shall also apply to members who joined before the implementation of these Terms. However, the previous Terms shall apply to acts prior to the implementation of these Terms.

Article 3 (Special Provisions)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be in accordance with relevant laws and customs.
